Lead Tracking System for Heritage Estate Agents
We upgraded an existing system for Heritage Estate Agents to enable them to track and manage their sales leads. The system also allowed negotiators to refer leads onto contractors.
The core features we provided in their web app included the abilities to:
- Keep track of customers, contractors, agents, properties, and staff holiday.
- Record properties, maintenance and repair works, and sales tasks.
- Monitor pending and converted sales and rental leads.
- Refer leads onto contractors (for instance for removals or repairs).
- Filter leads by customers, properties, negotiators, offices, agents.
In addition, the system included the ability for several offices, departments, and employees to compete against each other with a sales leaderboard.
